Life IS about Transformation
The transformation process
On the Home page, I explained briefly the differences between living your life through the Ego personality or the Essence (genuine) personality. The moment you (initially) can accept the concept of your genuine authentic self that is behind the mask of the ego, it will start your transformation automatically. The only things you need during your journey is an open mind, some curiosity and the will to improve your life. The journey may be slightly different for everyone because we are unique individuals with a different background, but the end result is something you will be proud of.
Before I start, I like to say that there is no right or wrong when looking at ourselves. We are not broken or need to be fixed. It's just our job to become aware of hidden automatic behaviour, beliefs, thoughts and feelings. The moment we are aware of that old programming, we can consciously change what we need to become more authentic and genuine in our thinking and behaviour. This will open your heart in every way possible and that is important for your well-being and sense of happiness.
The journey that starts with recognizing the ego which lets you discover what you are about to leave behind and may keep, is known as the transformation process.
Your motivation
Your personal motivation to start this journey may differ from others. You can have a good family life and a fine job and yet something seems to be missing. Perhaps you feel inside that some relationships need improvement. For example with yourself (most importantly), your spouse/kids, your parents or others.
Other reasons can be recurring inner struggles, emotional states that are holding you back to live life happily. Maybe it could be that you are already in a transformation process and feel a bit lost because you need more insight into where you are at the moment.
The mind is a filter
As you know, people can react or respond differently to the same situation that just occurred. That's because we all have a 'perception' of reality by using our senses and how the mind is perceiving it.
In simple terms, we can say that our mind is using a 'colour filter' that is based on e.g. our past, assumptions, expectations, beliefs and current mindset. This filter colours reality in different ways.
Some days the filter may tend to let reality look greyish and other days it may help to see bright colours. It really all depends on your current mindset, how you deal with your thoughts and feelings, your situation and the baggage you carry from the past for example.
The good news is that we can learn how to manage this filter during our transformation process.

The wake-up call
How many times have you thought “this isn’t working” or “something is not right” or “things have to change”? Those thoughts are coming from your intuitive inner voice. It’s your 'wake-up call' calling.
You don’t need a major life crisis to wake you up, either. And no one needs to tell you what needs to change, because you already know. Your inner voice has been trying to tell you, but in case it’s been a challenge to find time and space to listen through the chaos of your mind, maybe you’ll resonate with one of these situations.
-
If your life is on autopilot heading in the wrong direction, this is your wake-up call.
-
If you’ve become someone you don't recognise, mainly focussed on pleasing others, this is your wake-up call.
-
If you are always busy to chase some version of success that can't fill your emptiness, this is your wake-up call.
-
If you never make your own needs and goals a priority, this is your wake-up call.
-
If you are often numbing out with food, shopping, booze, TV, or other distractions, this is your wake-up call.
-
If you are worn down, beat up, stressed out and exhausted, this is your wake-up call.
Getting your wake-up call is not the hard part, answering the call is. Choosing to answer the call instead of ignoring it, is the hard part. Right now, it may feel easier to keep going, and going, and going without making a change. But you know if you don’t find a way out of the endless cycle you’re in, it’s going to ruin you.
No doubt, a big part of your life is a result of the choices you made. And if you don’t like your life it’s time to start making changes and better choices.
Transformational coaching
During my Transformational coaching sessions, I will make use of in-depth knowledge of your holistic structure. It will show me a clear picture of your current identity, mindset, background and energy body. This will be the foundation for transformative growth to answer life questions, show new perspectives on yourself and heal you on an energetic level.
I will use advanced practices and methods to support you during your transformational journey to enable you to feel empowered and in control of your life. I don't mean being in control by the mind but through true understanding.
Below are some of my 'Arts' that were developed as methods to support your transformational journey.

Outside world
The Art of Consciousness

Our bubble
The Art of Freedom

Our Identity
The Art of Observation

Inner world
The Art of Compassion

Open-minded
The Art of Understanding

Our true Self
The Art of Being
The transformative approach has a grounding in the 'inside-out' psychology, self-inquiry, going beyond the mask that we often present to the world. The ego uses different masks, but understanding it and how it serves us, or how it doesn’t, is how we can learn to live in the world in a more authentic way. Feeling empowered and resilient by just being genuine.
So, the Transformational Coaching approach integrates modern coaching concepts, with spiritual concepts such as self-realization, mindfulness, energetic healing and life purpose exploration.
It is not based on any religion or belief system but is an opportunity for you to discover and live by your own values, beliefs and truths.
Not so puzzling or strange is it?!! Learn to enjoy being your true self by taking off your mask and exploring ways to transform your life into something EXTRA-ordinary.

The benefits of personal transformation are e.g.:
-
to restore the balance between heart and mind.
-
To experience freedom by letting go of the past.
-
No longer do expectations play a role in your life.
-
to stand firmer and detach from automatic behaviour.
-
to consciously choose how to deal with situations and emotions.
-
to know your strengths and which unconscious patterns might be holding you back.
-
To unlearn that which is not appropriate for you on your life's journey.
-
To listen to the heart and become more compassionate.
-
To significantly reduce the external influence (opinions).
-
To set your own course.
-
To let go of the burden you carry.
-
Accepting yourself by knowing that you are good enough and worthy.
True authentic people
Feelings of true authenticity can go hand in hand with numerous psychological and social benefits: higher self-esteem, greater well-being, better romantic relationships and enhanced work performance.
True authentic people have considerable self-knowledge and are motivated to learn more about themselves. They are equally interested in understanding their strengths and weaknesses, and they are willing to honestly reflect on feedback regardless of whether it is flattering or unflattering. With a small Ego, this is no problem at all.
People tend to think they are very consciously aware of themselves and know exactly who they are. But in reality, they are not very aware of their own Ego-patterns, subconscious reactions, emotional blockages and limiting opinions and beliefs. They don't notice the bubble they are in and their, almost automatic, reactions to situations or people.
When people experience inner struggles or have fear-based thoughts and feelings, they might think 'being' them. Practising self-awareness offers a good solution to deal with this and to become more genuine and feeling empowered.
When people change their mindset, they increase their sense of well-being and thus will experience more happiness.
The spiritual teacher Eckhart Tolle explains 'thinking'
Thinking is a self-serving activity that takes possession of you and runs your life. Only by awakening can you know the true meaning of that word. Instead of being lost in your thinking, when you awaken you recognize yourself as the awareness behind it. Awareness takes over from thinking. Instead of being in charge of your life, thinking becomes the servant of awareness. Awareness is a conscious connection with universal intelligence. Another word for it is ‘presence’: consciousness without thought. What is the relationship between awareness and thinking? Awareness is the space in which thoughts exist when that space has become conscious of itself.
