TRANSFORMATION
The universal path of man, simplified and reduced to the essence...
Our thinking creates an illusion - based on our past - and it keeps us away from our true essence (heart).
If you have to think about it, you are lost. Thinking does not allow the truth, because the language of the heart is 'feeling' and it is almost too simple to be true.
The path, which is not a path, describes the path of the inner search. People who don't want to go 'inside', don't want to feel, are stuck in their heads... until they are ready to awaken!
Start of awareness
Something terrible happens, something traumatic, the boss fires you, you're emotionally stuck, you experience a burnout. Ninety-nine percent of people need a pile of misery before they turn inwards.
Most often it forces us to take the next step in our lives. Usually you are between 35 and 45 years, but it can also happen at an earlier or later age. For example as a result of an "indefinable" feeling, a lack of happiness, dissatisfaction with life, unfulfilled needs or suppressed feelings.
Or something beautiful happens: you run into someone who inspires you to go 'inside' and the transformation process will start. The light shines in the darkness and sets you on to take the next step. This is man's natural way. A 'fourth level' human being enters your life and helps you over the wall to become conscious.
1. Becoming aware of the inner disharmony (you're not your thinking mind)
2. Follow the path inwards (self-inquiry)
3. Taking the obstacle, the inner journey
-
Needs of your inner child
-
Heal your traumas (and emotional blockages)
-
Conditioning by the parents
-
Learn to recognize faulty behaviour to make conscious choices
-
Family relationships (subconscious dynamics of old behaviour)
-
Inner beliefs to be the 'ideal self-image' (is a restricting illusion)
4. Finding your own values. (Who am I? What do I stand for? I'm allowed to be here!)
5. Being Your 'Own Self' & Living according to YOUR values
6. The recognition of your Mission (what is your soul purpose?)
-
Experiencing life's contrast to define your desires (direction in life).
-
Recognising life lessons (what keeps coming back?)
-
Experimenting and finding out what your mission is and isn't.
-
Learning to accept your mission and surrender to it fully.
7. To live your mission (purpose)
The world and you
Until step 4 and everything before that, the world is bigger than you and sometimes that big evil world will strongly influence your "Being", your behaviour and happiness! You live the illusion you have learned as Ego.
An self-aware and empowered person is in balance with the world and cannot be pushed away just like that.
This person consciously chooses for her/his happiness and misfortune.
A person on her/his MISSION has the world in her/his hands!
After fully realizing your OWN humanness, you don't fall back to being the 'plaything of the world'.
If you fully live your MISSION, then the world is in your hands. Forever! This is what you have come for!
Living and feeling in the here and now. In balance with your intuition and mind. Being yourself and letting yourself be heard and seen. Because you are a shining example for others who are still discovering.
Love and Reciprocity are the basis for this path. You cannot do it alone! If your love doesn't grow, your light doesn't grow, you don't get to your core, because your core is LOVE.
During this path, which is different for every human being, your contact with your inner being will grow and your love will grow in connection with your fellow human being.
