TRANSFORMATION

The transformation process

On the Home page I explained briefly the differences between living your life through the Ego personality or the Authentic personality. When you are aware of the existence of your genuine authentic self, but don'n know how to change, I will explain a bit more about our human minds and our perception of reality. Before I start, I like to explain that there is no right or wrong when looking at functioning of our mind. It's all about becoming aware of old automatic behaviour, thougts and feelings. The moment we are aware of that old programming, we can consciously change what we need to change to become authentic.

How we perceive a different reality

The conscious mind

As you know, people can react or respond differently on the same situation. That's because we all have a 'perception' of reality by using our senses and how the mind perceiving it.

In simple terms, we can say that our mind is using a 'filter' that is based on e.g. our past, assumptions, expectations, beliefs and current mindset. The filter is colouring reality in different ways.

The unconscious mind

The Ego reality

The Ego reflects situations (usually of our own making) where we feel trapped. It seems as though our spiritual path has become completely hidden, and it feels like there’s no way forward. Of course, this is an illusion.

We aren’t really as stuck as we think we are, and freedom comes with a change of our thoughts from pessimism to optimism.

Changing our point of view towards the observer of our thoughts, patterns and feelings.

Ego can also reveal other significant challenges, such as addiction or dependency, that can hold us back from happiness.

The ego is too focused on material or worldly things, and therefore might indicate excessive debt.

The ego can be those who aren’t taking responsibility for their actions or choices. (victim role)

This can be your start to transform your old identity into an evolved and self-aware person. Just because you want to become more empowered, genuine, compassionate, caring, focussed and self-trusting.

Transformation is about discovering who you are (not)

. It is a process that will change your perspective on everything and it will take time to discover, learn and practise. The journey is not reversible, the moment you gain insights in yourself, life and others xzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

The Ego has a way of dealing with life, these are a few elements that are used in different ways:

The wake-up call

How many times have you thought “this isn’t working” or “something is not right” or “things have to change”? Those thoughts are coming from your intuitive inner voice. It’s your wake-up call calling.

You don’t need a major life crisis to wake you up, either. And no one needs to tell you what needs to change, because you already know. Your inner voice has been trying to tell you, but in case it’s been a challenge to find time and space to listen through the chaos, maybe you’ll resonate with one of these situations.

• If your life is on autopilot heading in the wrong direction, this is your wake-up call.

• If you’ve become someone you don’t recognize simply to please others or to chase some version of success that doesn’t resonate with you, this is your wake-up call.

• If you never make your own needs and goals a priority, this is your wake-up call.

• If you are constantly numbing out with food, shopping, booze, TV, or other distractions, this is your wake-up call.

• If you are worn down, beat up, stressed out and exhausted, this is your wake-up call.

Getting your wake-up call is not the hard part, answering the call is. Choosing to answer the call instead of ignoring it is the hard part. Right now, it may feel easier to keep going, and going, and going without making a change. But you know if you don’t find a way out of the endless cycle you’re in, it’s going to ruin you.

No doubt, a big part of your life is a result of the choices you make. And if you don’t like your life it’s time to start making changes and better choices.

The pursuit of happiness

Most people can have a sense of happiness when 'Life' is kind to them, but sometimes they can struggle with their thoughts and feelings when 'Life' has become a challenge to them.

There could be many events that upset them. Something terrible happens, something traumatic, the boss fires you, you're emotionally stuck or you experience a burnout, caused by long-term stress.

These events can cause an "indefinable" feeling, a lack of happiness, dissatisfaction with life, unfulfilled needs or suppressed emotions.

This sense of ‘unhappiness’ might motivate you to take the next step in your life. Usually, you are between 30 and 45 years, but it can also happen at an earlier or later age. You start to open up for more knowledge, a different perspective on yourself and life. Just because you know that it's the change you need to go to the next level in your life.

This can be your start to transform your old identity into an evolved and self-aware person. Just because you want to become more empowered, genuine, compassionate, caring, focussed and self-trusting.

Did you decide something needs to change in your life, your way of thinking and you need support on your personal development? xxxx

Something terrible happens, something traumatic, the boss fires you, you're emotionally stuck, you experience a burnout. Ninety-nine percent of people need a pile of misery before they turn inwards.

Most often it forces us to take the next step in our lives. Usually you are between 35 and 45 years, but it can also happen at an earlier or later age. For example as a result of an "indefinable" feeling, a lack of happiness, dissatisfaction with life, unfulfilled needs or suppressed feelings.

Or something beautiful happens: you run into someone who inspires you to go 'inside' and the transformation process will start. The light shines in the darkness and sets you on to take the next step. This is man's natural way. A 'fourth level' human being enters your life and helps you over the wall to become conscious.

The benefits of personal transformation are e.g.:

  • to restore balance between heart and mind.

  • to stand firmer and detach from automatic behavior.

  • to consciously choose how to deal with situations and emotions.

  • to know your strengths and which unconscious patterns might be holding you back.

  • To unlearn that which is not appropriate for you on your life's journey.

  • To learn to listen to the heart and open it more.

  • Significantly reduce external influence.

  • Set your own course.

  • No longer do expectations play a role.

  • To experience freedom without the ego.

  • Letting go of the burden.

  • Accepting yourself by knowing that you are good enough.

Feelings of true authenticity can go hand in hand with numerous psychological and social benefits: higher self-esteem, greater well-being, better romantic relationships and enhanced work performance.

People tend to think they are very consciously aware of themselves and know exactly who they are. But in reality, they are not very aware of their own Ego-patterns, subconscious reactions, emotional blockages and limiting opinions and beliefs. They don't notice the bubble they are in and their, almost automatic, reactions to situations or people.

When people experience inner struggles or have fear-based thoughts and feelings, they might experience being them. Practising self-awareness offers a good solution to deal with them and to become more genuine and feeling empowered.

True authentic people have considerable self-knowledge and are motivated to learn more about themselves. They are equally interested in understanding their strengths and weaknesses, and they are willing to honestly reflect on feedback regardless of whether it is flattering or unflattering. With a small Ego, this is no problem at all.

When people change their mindset, they increase their sense of well-being and thus will experience more happiness.

image of your Essence

After fully realizing your OWN humanness, you don't fall back to being the 'plaything of the world'.
If you fully live your MISSION, then the world is in your hands. Forever! This is what you have come for!

Living and feeling in the here and now. In balance with your intuition and mind. Being yourself and letting yourself be heard and seen. Because you are a shining example for others who are still discovering.

Love and Reciprocity are the basis for this path. You cannot do it alone! If your love doesn't grow, your light doesn't grow, you don't get to your core, because your core is LOVE.

During this path, which is different for every human being, your contact with your inner being will grow and your love will grow in connection with your fellow human being.
